ERP (Fiber Optics, Charging Stations, Electrical Installations)

ERP solution for installation businesses that supports planning, costing, and offer creation workflows across fiber optics projects, EV charging stations, and electrical installation work.

My role was to lead, design, develop the solution solo and with small team, constantly communicating with the customer, plan and update roadmap based on the business updates.

The solution covers all the company lifecycle - work planning, work execution, time tracking, finances, salary calculations, integration to accounting tools, customer satisfaction, digitalization of the documentation. LLM chats for workers to fetch latest information about installation rules based on customer and area.

With this tool the company increased sales and turnover from 1M EUR to 30M EUR in 3 years, the solution enabled the international grows and became a single access point for them and their customers to exchange documentation and establish transparency and trust.

Smart Fridges Retail Platform (Selfly Store)

Built a full product ecosystem from ground zero for smart vending fridges: edge computing on devices, cloud APIs, payment integration, over-the-air updates, and cloud admin tooling for operations.

My role was to lead the project technically and provide architecture, coding of the new solutions, prototyping, releasing of the hardware edge firmwares, cloud APIs, cloud processing workers, analytical tools, payment system integrations. Over the air updates, replenishment tools, encoding tools. Lead the small team of engineers, participate in business planning and strategy sessions, adjust the roadmap based on new requirements.

The company established business with the turnover of 3M EUR and sales across Europe, at the end the startup was sold to bigger Netherlands based vending machine provider. Side effect of the technology is to track fresh food delivery and manage food waste.

CLT 360

An admin and mobile platform to manage end-to-end construction workflows for CLT wooden panel houses, including field reporting, progress tracking, and team coordination.

My role was to lead a small group of engineers, code and provide smooth and in time releases, plan the next steps with the product owner. Define technical features and architecture.

The product also includes administrative tool - a modern web app, with the limited access, that prevents uploading screenshot here.

The product helped to build up trust between Stora Enso and construction companies, teach them to use wood in construction, make the logistics 40% easier with real time elements location tracking. Increased sales portfolio for the CLT wood panels.

AutoAuditoring

The service is designed for car repair shops. It lets you collect photos and videos of every repair and share them with the customer. The customer receives a secure link where they can follow each step of the repair and clearly see what they are paying for.

This is my own pet project I built after my car fix was failed and the fixing company did not finish the job as promised but charged the full sum. Now I am in a process of finding the first customers to trial out that solution for free. Hopefully I can make it an income source as micro SaaS.

The solution opened up my personal visibility and public image - boosted up experience with financial system integrations and customer satisfaction. This experience helped to build customer support and satisfaction channels in my current company.

AI Matcher for Job and CV

Optimize your CV for each job posting by uploading a PDF CV and pasting a job description to get an AI-generated match score, detailed feedback, and SWOT analysis.

Some of my friends were laid off and I built a tool for them to see if their CV matching the job posting. With the power of AI and LLM, they can adjust CV to better pass the AI filtering.

The small work helped to build useful tool for people in need, again worked well on my personal image and visibility. As a pet project I do not expect anything else from that charity work.

The above list is not including solutions I was building for Rolls Royce Marine related to autonomous vessels, for ABB Drives to provide adaptive programming for hardware, for Stora Enso to track logistics and big data analysis, Siemens to use paper machine maintenance information and ML to predict next failure, and some smaller solutionsI was working on for the last 10 years.
